I have the right to decline any request.

In order for me to take your request you must provide me with info and references (as many as you see fit), please be as specific as you can. This will allow me to work faster and deliver a piece that meets your expectations.

Commissions are for personal use only. Please let me know before I confirm the commission if you intend to use the artwork for commercial use as that will incur a higher fee.

Payment will be via Paypal/Stripe invoice and must be received in full before I start the commission.

You can cancel and get a full refund if your commission has not been started. No refunds otherwise.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

You get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price. Major changes far beyond the approved sketch will result in an additional charge.

I will send you screenshots of every major phase in the process (sketch, lineart, base colors, light/shadows) to see if you want any changes. With your approval I will move on to the next phase.

If you request changes after a revision i will send you a new screenshot for approval.

The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 3 days to 1 week but it may take longer depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, how long is my queue, lack or delayed feedback, and any other issues.

I reserve the right to stream the process (at twitch.tv/vill4rt) unless otherwise discussed.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and in my portfolio unless stated in the request. May incur additional privacy fee.

Once the commission is finished you will receive a full resolution digital file (PNG format) via email. No physical item will be delivered.

You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.

You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels. Credit is not necesary but highly appreciated.
